Since GS3 does not have the Google circle like the Nexus models, this how we can access to Google Now
1) Lock Sreen
Swipe upwards on Google logo
(Note : This will only work if you do not use security screen lock)
2) Google search bar
Tap search bar to access Google Now
3) Press and hold menu button
Tap google logo to access Google Now
